When that text is sent, the potential buyer immediately gets back a text with information about that home, such as the price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. There is also a link to the mobile website we have created. So if that buyer has web access on their phone, they can see even more information about that property as well as small pictures! The realtor gets an instant email or text message telling them the phone number of the person who requested the information in case they want to follow up.
