She researched all my questions, provided several options, and gave me excellent advice so that I could make the final decisions.   Her technical instructions were clear, logical, and proceeded so precisely in a step-by-step fashion that I, who am not a technical wizard, could understand.   Her correspondence was timely.  Her positive comments to my ideas were encouraging. I could even hear her smile over the phone during our conversations. I always felt like my project was a "top priority!" on her agenda.  

Many of my friends advised me to create my own website.  I knew better.  Having Wendy create the site has helped me save time, money, and a great deal of frustration.  I also learned quite a bit about internet technology during the making of my website.
